Also known as Ko Raham, Koh Raham Beach Club, it sits on a small peninsula on the quieter west coast. The restaurant runs out along the cliffs facing west, so it fills as the afternoon turns – this is, for many people, the whole reason to come.

Hammocks, rope swings and coloured lights hang through the trees, and bean-bag terraces step down toward the water. It tips toward the playful rather than the polished: part beach bar, part jungle adventure-course, best caught with a drink in hand as the sun drops over the sea.

Location: QXC6+RJJ, Koh Pha-ngan Sub-district, between Haad Yao and Haad Son.
Look for signs saying Haadson Resort along the coast road, then walk down steep path and steps alongside the resort toward Secret Beach, you will see signs for Koh Raham.

Entry: Free – walk through Haad Son Resort. No ticket.
Access: Scooter or taxi, but road is steep and loose – ride carefully, especially after sunset. Inexperienced riders often fall here.

A walkway links the main deck to a platform built on the rocks jutting into the sea, with steps down where you can climb in. The water holds thousands of small fish, and snorkelling near the cliffs – by the diving-spot sign – is the best around Secret Beach, with corals and fish right off the rocks.

Rock-and-platform swimming rather than sandy shore – bring reef shoes and mind the steps when sea is up. Awesome with kids to jump and snorkel from the table.

Secret Beach (Haad Son) lies just beyond, reached through Haad Son Resort grounds – which makes Koh Raham the practical way in. Small beach, calm clear water, quieter than east-coast beaches. Many visitors pair: swim at Secret Beach, then back up to Koh Raham for sunset.

Best Season: Nov-Apr calmest seas, May-Oct monsoon rougher and occasional closed days.
